This class series is 8 hours long. The goal of this class is to prepare you for a healthy pregnancy, labor, birth and the initial postpartum period.
This will be in a group class setting with a maximum of 10 couples.
This course focuses on the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices as the backbone of our material, with my main focus on equipping and empowering you for birth by providing you with the information, so you can make the best informed choices for yourself. Your birth experience matters and it is something you will remember for the rest of your life.
You are a partner in your own healthcare, which means birth doesn’t need to be a medical event, but an experience in which you dictate the direction.
Cost: $195
Time: 8 hrs total
Days/Time: Mondays from 6:30 - 8:30pm (Central Time)

Once you have decided on a class, simply email me through the contact form and tell me which service you're interested in and the days and times that work best for you.
Once we have solidified the class schedule, I will send you a PayPal link.

Childbirth Education is for Everyone
It doesn’t matter if you are a first time parent, if you already have other children or if you have gone through a birth course before. Your time and specific pregnancy needs for each pregnancy are extremely important.
I value you and your personal birth preferences. This is why I place a major emphasis on individualized care for you and your support person. Group classes are perfect for some, but they aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. As an educator, the most important thing I can provide you is evidence based information and support throughout your unique pregnancy, birth and postpartum period.
Your goals are my goals and you will be met with love, support and continuous information during your personalized class. Our time together will focus on your preferences and goals with your entire experience in mind.

Your private birth course will cover 8 hours of material to prepare you for labor, birth and postpartum. All questions regarding your pregnancy are welcome. These 8 hours may vary slightly depending on your goals and preferences. I can cater to your scheduling needs and breakup our class as needed in shorter or longer chunks if necessary.
