All our classes and consults are available in a private format. We recommend our Private Birth Class for first time and repeat parents.

During our time together, we will cover a variety of topics in pregnancy, labor, birth and the postpartum period. The backbone of our content comes from the Lamaze Six Healthy Birth Practices, but I also customize your class around you.

Anytime is the perfect time in your pregnancy to take a class with us. There is no “too early” or “too late” to consider jumping in. The most important thing no matter how far along you are, is to have access to the information.

Should you be further along in your pregnancy and your baby is born before our course finishes, I will provide options to either finish the class or support you with postpartum and newborn care.

No problem! These classes are definitely for you and not just for first-time parents. Some repeat parents did not have a great first pregnancy/birth experience and want to change that for future births. Other times they simply want to refresh their memory.

All classes and consultations are also offered in ASL. The only difference in our ASL services as compared to our Spoken English services is the language delivery!
